Returning to Her

What My 3-Year-Old Self Taught Me About Success, Stress, and Self-Trust

FIND YOUR INNER COMPASS

This is me - around 2 or 3 years old.

Before I knew what stress was.
Before I learned to perform, prove, or push.
Before I believed I had to earn rest, success, or love.

And lately, I’ve found myself returning to her.

To the version of me who moved with ease.
Who lived with joy and curiosity.
Who trusted herself without question.

Before conditioning.
Before expectations.
Before the pressure to be more, do more, and prove more.

My journey lately hasn’t been about achieving more.

It’s been about unlearning.

Unlearning the noise.
The tension.
The survival patterns that so many of us are taught to wear like armor.

And in that process, here’s what I’ve released:

✨ The belief that I have to earn my worth
✨ The urge to push through when I need to pause
✨ The idea that stress is a permanent part of success
✨ The pressure to do more to feel “enough”
✨ The habit of abandoning myself for approval

What I’ve found instead?

A deeper kind of power.

Not the kind that performs, pushes, or needs to prove.
But the kind rooted in nervous system safety, alignment, and self-trust.

This kind of power doesn’t chase.
It doesn’t compete.
It doesn’t wear burnout as a badge of honor.

It simply is.

Soft.
Still.
Certain.

This is the essence of The Ease Revolution.

It’s not about bypassing challenges or pretending stress doesn’t exist.

It’s about choosing a new relationship with yourself, one that doesn’t rely on pressure, perfection, or performance to feel safe.

It’s about remembering the version of you that already was whole, long before the world told you otherwise.

That 3-year-old version of me?

She’s still here.

She’s the one I return to when the path feels unclear.
When I’m tempted to overthink or over-effort.
When I need to remember that softness is a strength.

She’s the reason I do this work.

So if you’re in a season of unlearning too…

Maybe it’s time to make a return.

To presence.
To joy.
To truth.

Because the version of you that moves with ease still exists, too.

And maybe this is your invitation to pause and ask:

What did your younger self know, that you're ready to reclaim?

💫

If this resonates...

The Ease Revolution is for the part of you that’s done with the hustle and ready to come home to yourself.

Let’s begin that return together.
